I awoke this morning to find my front door unlocked. Logs and notifications indicates this happened at 04:02 AM. Are you able to determine how that unlock occurred (key, Z-wave signal, code entered?). I had some problems on Friday with unlocking from the app - was one of those attempts still wedged in the system?

No, commands would time-out within about an hour and no longer be in queue.
In this case I only see an unlock event. There is no command. This would have been a local unlock event either via a code outside or inside at the thumb-turn or panel.
