I’m having an issue with my Qolsys panel. I’m getting a “Radio not responding” error. When I run the radio test it times out. I rebooted the unit and still get the same error.
Looks like this trouble condition was resolved after this post. Are you still having any issues?
An extended power down is the next step recommended in those cases, Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down. Leave it off for 20 minutes.
It would also be recommended to update firmware:
Thank you for the response. The panel was shut down for about 20 minutes. Once rebooted issues was corrected. I will update the panel this evening.
