I recently moved into another house and cancelled my surety service from my previous home. Should I create another account for my new property or purchase the equipment and new service with my old account?

It would naturally be a new Alarm.com account you are creating when you activate service, but if you are referring to the Suretyhome.com login to manage the subscription, yep, you can use the same one as before, there is no reason to create a new one.
