Qolsys panel battery?

Been a customer for probably 3-4 years now and very happy generally. I just had the panel off the wall recently (I forgot the locks have to be close to pair properly) and I noticed the battery is big and puffy – it works but I’m guessing there is limited life there.

Any idea where to buy/how to replace the battery in the qolsys panel?

Qolsys has discontinued the original panel, however the batteries are still available in small quantities. If a suretyDIY subscriber needs a new Qolsys battery, please contact customerservice@sureyDIY.com and a representative will be able to help!
