Somehow my brand new IQ4 panel is displaying a menu on the top that’s non responsive to touch.
Please see the photo and advise how can I clear it.

Are you able to disarm the system using the alarm.com app/website?
I can try sending a reboot command once the system is disarmed.

Revised Auto Upgrade: 06:43 PM Jan/05/2026
It’s not allowing me to upgrade to change the upgrade date.
Sorry about the delay, I have sent the command to reboot the panel. It should take a few minutes before it will power down and the back up.
