I just upgraded to the new Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ and the screen is always on and won’t go into power save mode. I setup under the Photo Frame settings for it to go black after 5 minutes. I tried to even have it go to the slide show after 5 minutes and that doesn’t start. Is there something I’m missing here.
How long has the screen remained on? Are you interacting with the system at all during that time, remotely or locally?
Do you have bluetooth disarm enabled?
Make sure the system is at the latest firmware per instructions here.

Once again you da man. I did have the Bluetooth disarm enabled. I deleted my Bluetooth connection and the screen started to sleep on it’s own after 5 minutes. Something in with my Bluetooth connection was keeping the screen awake. I did reconnect the Bluetooth and the screen sleep was still working. So basically removing and reconnecting my Bluetooth solved the issue.
