I received my order today but at the bottom left of the bezel, it is branded with a CrimeTek logo. Is this expected?
No, that’s definitely an error. Sorry about that. It must have been accidentally packaged with a panel branded for that company. You’re welcome to keep it if you want, or we’re happy to replace it with a Qolsys branded panel. Which would you prefer?
Can I get it replaced? And can I assume there will be a return label so I can ship back this one in the same box?
