Does anyone know if it is possible to re-order the cards on the Qolsys Panel? I would like to be able to change which card appears first when I swipe left / right in order to make it faster to get to the screens I use the most.

No unfortunately you cannot change the order that the various cards appear in.
I have made this suggestion to Qolsys representatives on your behalf however. Can’t say that it will be implemented in a future update, but that is how a lot of changes get made.
