Just moved into a new house where the old owner left his 2GIG and Alula RE508x translator. He previously registered the panel with alarm.com. Is there anyway I can take the panel over?

Just to clarify, the panel is still registered with the old owner (the serial number is registered still with you guys) . So the module will allow me to override this?
You wouldn’t be able to use the same cellular module that is in the panel right now if it is still assigned to another Alarm.com account, but you can replace it with a new 4G LTE module to get started.

Surety is an Alarm.com dealer, not the only one. There are thousands of Alarm.com dealers nationally. Do you know if the prior owner used Surety as their provider? Or did they use a different Alarm.com dealer?
