Working on a project where I’ll have 3 IQ Remote panels. All locations are currently hardwired back to a central location that had an ADT system. Was looking at the 7v transformers for longer runs, but was wondering if there’s a single larger transformer I can put in place to power all three units. Looks like each panel requires 1000mA.
Generally it is not recommended to use alternate power sources for panels, however I’ve heard this question before and recall searching through Mouser for comparable 7V transformer options and I don’t remember finding any, sadly.
