How can I get my alarms to send a sound to my phone from the alarm system. I get the notification but no sound… please help. Thanks.
To edit the sound settings for your device for the Alarm.com app, please open the Alarm.com app and open the settings menu. Select Notifications. There you can customize the sound for Alarms, enable or disable do not disturb override, and more.
