I have set my QOLSYS Panel 2 & IQ Remote to both record videos during alarm events. I can view the videos on the panels.
I am trying to get the videos to upload to alarm.com just like the other (non-panel) video devices do. Is this currently possible? Am I just missing a required setting?
im 90% sure only the picture upload as mine is the same and I even have the video plan too.
Unfortunately all you can get on alarm.com is 1 photo per trip and no video at all. Hopefully that’s changed in the future.
The panel camera cannot be used for video uploads to ADC at this time. It is a commonly requested feature so I am hopeful it will be implemented in the future.
