I am trying to send a command to arm my panel but it won’t arm. What can I do?
Questions to ask: How long has gone by since you first sent an arm command? Did the commands eventually go through or have they not been received at all by the panel?
(in this specific circumstance it looks like there was about a 20 minute delay in the incoming signal)
A known controllable issue is caused by network extenders for the carrier of your communication module. If you have installed any cell network extenders you will likely need to white-list your panel’s module so that communication can go through.
If the above is not the case, there have been instances where incoming signals are delayed at the panel due to carrier issues. Do you still notice the same behavior a while after it was first discovered?
Is the behavior affecting all signals or only incoming commands?
