I cannot find how to order add on monitoring services on the site. I want to add extra sensor monitoring. It is offered and a price quoted, but I see no way to add it to my account. And, of course, it appears to no longer be possible to speak to someone on the phone.
Of course we are working to give more and more feature functionality through the website, but at the moment any additions you would like to add to your account can be requested by emailing customerservice@suretyDIY.com.
