Panel will not let me slide down to get to main page to reboot the system I keep getting notifications everything is offline.
You can try sending a remote reboot command through our system manager here.

If not, it looks like all the offline errors are from 319.5Mhz sensors. The panel uses a thin white flexible antenna which must be connected firmly and routed out of the panel into the wall for the best signaling. I would recommend opening the panel and checking to be sure that antenna is connected and that the end of it is routed out the back of the panel.
Is the panel screen completely frozen right now, or is it just the tray is not opening? Sometimes it is easier to just tap at the top of the screen rather than swipe down.

Just to clarify, there are actually two passwords this may refer to. The system manager is accessible while you are logged into the suretyhome.com website, and to access your system manager login you will need to choose your ADC login and enter your ADC password.
