How do I remove my old offline garage door opener from yhe alarm.com app

If you are a Surety user and you have a MyQ garage device which needs to be removed, send us a private message and include the name of the device that should be removed as it appears in Alarm.com.

This is the one that I need removed. This is how it appears in the app. Thanks in advance.

I need the Main Garage and secondary to stay on the app.
