Can you verify whether this is still occurring?
Since the time you state, I see about a dozen text message notifications sent. Note that it looks like the primary user has two separate SMS numbers listed and only one is currently set to receive texts. Make sure the phone for which you are expecting the notifications is selected.
You can check your notification settings and recipients under the Notifications tab in Alarm.com. It looks like only the Alarm notification uses both numbers.
