Not Receiving Alarm.com Emails

HI,

I was installing alarm.com smart thermostats yesterday and when I was configuring with the alarm.com app it kept prompting me to verify my email address.

The only problem is I am not receiving the emails. I tried having email resent ,and checked my junk folder. The emails never came.

Hmm. I do not see the verification email request in your account history. Can you try that one more time and let us know when you clicked resend confirmation email?
