No Connection to App

I replaced the 3g Verizon sled in my 2gig GC3 panel with a new 4g Verizon sled. The radio test was successful afterwards. However, ever since the swap, the ADC app has been unable to update or make connection. Any ideas?

Did you do the swap part on the surety account side

Noooo. I was not aware of any swap part on the account side. Could you point me to any instructions.

Glad to hear you got it resolved. For anyone looking for the same thing, go to your System Manager here and select Swap Cellular Module/Panel.
