I recently upgraded to the IQ Panel 2+. I tested getting power outage notifications by unplugging the AC power to the panel.
After about a minute the panel issues a local notification in the message center, but I don’t get a notification through Alarm.com to my phone. I double-checked that notifications are still enabled in the phone app. I’m also supposed to get an email, which didn’t happen either.
After finding other forum entries about this issue, I looked for a timeout setting before the panel reports the outage to Alarm.com, but wasn’t able to find the setting in the manual or on the panel itself…
Where would I find the timeout setting, if there is one? What else might be going on?
