No 2-way Call

If you do not see the ability to run a cell test, that means your panel does not recognize a cell module attached. Most of the time that means the cell module was installed while the panel was still powered. The panel should always be powered down when making physical changes. In this case, try power cycling the panel fully and wait for it to reboot. Does this resolve the issue?

I did have everything off the first time. No, no change after power cycle.

Is it a Verizon LTE Module? If it is the LTE version your panel will need to be on firmware 1.17 for compatibility.

Ok…that was it! Upgraded the firmware, radio test, 24/31. Good signal! Can I call CS and have them call me on it to make sure all is working as it should?

To initiate 2-way you would need to set off an alarm signal. Make sure to have your phone handy just in case.

The CS cannot call in to your panel as Two Way requires that your panel has initiated the request.
