I have a brand new 2GIG panel not purchased from suretyCAM. I ordered service through you. I am able to get into my alarm.com portal using the login and password in the welcome email. I am able to use the default installer code to get into the toolbox. I am not able to find a code that works to access secure emails on the panel. Is that information somewhere, or is it a code I would have submitted somewhere?

That would be the same master code you use to disarm the system. The default master code is 1111.

We don’t change the master code because we aren’t supposed to know your master code, you should change it to something different by logging into your Alarm.com account and going to Security -> User Codes.
