Nest Gen3 Thermostat with Alarm.com

My current z-wave thermostats turn off automatically if there is a smoke alarm triggered. I’m not sure if that is handled by the GC3 panel or alarm.com. I was wondering if I replace the current thermostats with Nest Gen3’s would I lose that functionality? I assume they would talk directly to Alarm.com and would not be integrated with the panel at all.

Thanks,
David

This is a great question! I’ve verified with ADC that fan control is one of the items they do not have access to for Nest thermostats, so no they would not be able to perform this same override.
