my thermostat will not show up on ADC

My thermostat fell out of the z-wave netowork. I removed it from the system, and then re added it. It shows up in my home system, but will not show up in my ADC thermostat page or under devices.

I already tried removing it then readding from the panel to no avail

Could you possibly try to force an upload of devices to see if that will work?

Have you tried to remove from mesh network, then reset tstat, then re add to network, then check network, network rediscovery, and then do a cell test?

An equipment update was requested, but we are not seeing any additional thermostats show up in the list.

The above poster’s list of steps would be what I would suggest.
