What are your thoughts about moving houses if I leave the system in place for the next owner? I have z-wave deadbolt, garage door stuff tied in etc. Should I just cancel my surety subscription now and factory reset everything?
If you are moving and do not intend to take the system with you, it is typically good to default the user codes on the panel and locks.
Keep in mind that your system can typically go where you go, or parts of it anyway, if you have wired sensors. Information about how to report a change of address can be found here.
If you do leave the system behind, you would just want to schedule cancellation of your current service subscription by logging into your suretyDIY account and clicking Alarm Subscriptions, View the subscription, and select Cancel Service.
