This error is continuous from the iOS mobile app. It does not matter if connected via wifi on the same network as the panel or connected externally.
Doesn’t look like there are any operational alerts for ADC, can you try logging in now and let us know if you see the same error?
Do you see an error when logging into the website?
If it is just on the phone, does it occur on another device? Have you tried restarting the app/device?
