Mobile Application Timing Out Wont Disarm

The Alarm.com Mobile app does not work right. I try to send a disarm command and it seems to time out, nothing happens. What can I do to fix this?

It appears there were a couple recent alarm events which may be attributed to this issue, is that correct?

Does this happen on one phone in particular or more than one phone?

Looking into recent history I am seeing many mobile arm/disarm commands being sent in a timely manner, most being acknowledged under 15 seconds. How often does the mobile app not send commands correctly?

One thing worth noting, if you are on a call and try to send commands via the Alarm.com mobile application, commands will time out as most providers tend to block data while on the phone.
