Will Surety be supporting the LX30 universal communicator from ADC?
We do plan on supporting the Alarm.com Universal Communicator.
I’m waiting for some more details on when we’ll start supporting it, and I’ll follow up here shortly.
After a bit of discussion with our team, we’ve decided not to support the LX30 communicators at the moment.
Along with limited feature compatibility, the LX30 communicators severely limit the assistance that we can provide, to the point where we wouldn’t be able to provide the sufficient level of support needed to offer service for them.
That’s unforunate.
