Low Battery Message

Battery has shown the message “Low Battery” for at least 2 days.

It would appear that the your main panel is reporting a low battery. The panel is shipped with the battery unplugged and must be plugged in during the setup/installation process. This is oftentimes overlooked. Has the battery been reporting low or unplugged since installation?

If this is the case, unplug the panels power supply and remove the back panel. Check to see if the green battery pack is unplugged. Plug it in, put the panel back together, then plug the panel’s power supply back in and wait for it to boot up. Did this fix your issue?
