Low battery cleared on panel but not on alarm.com

I have a Vista 20p w/6160RF, and the ADC-SEM300-VT. Several weeks ago I began getting a low battery warning on a wireless contact, and then more recently a low battery warning on a motion detector, which finally went offline. I replaced the batteries and this cleared all the warnings on the alarm panel. However, the alarm.com app still reports the two problems, low battery, and motion sensor failure. I’ve confirmed that both the window contact and motion sensor are working and reporting to the panel correctly. How do I get this status to clear on the alarm.com app?

I sent a status command to your system to check on trouble conditions and those conditions resolved immediately. Looks like the module just had a problem syncing the updated alert status. Let me know if you see any continued issues.
