Lock ID:21 - not connecting

i just changed the batteries. the lock still not working and not showing connection

I have sent some commands to re-sync Z-Wave devices and the lock is no longer reporting low battery. Are you able to confirm? You may need to log out of Alarm.com, then back in, to see this change.

Are you able to lock/unlock locally with a code?

If the lock works locally, can you try:

  • controlling it from the panel?
  • How about Alarm.com?
