Lock Codes Failed

When unlock codes are used on my front door lock, they are not matching the user profile names in the event history. My wife used her code and the history shows the door opened by me. When I use my code, the history shows a different user. Is there a way to resync codes to the lock?

If codes are edited at the lock, they will not sync appropriately with Alarm.com. Always make sure to make changes through Alarm.com.

That said, I do see that the front door codes report as failed through Alarm.com. Log into Alarm.com, click on users. There will be an error symbol next to the codes.

To resend codes to the lock and resync ADC and your system, click the icon of two arrows to the right under the user’s name.
