Schedules for lights and thermostat are not running. Ive attempted to rediscover network and recreate rules but no changes are taking place. Schedules will still not run. Please help.
Rules have been resent. Can you confirm whether this corrects the problem?
Thank you Amanda. I will do some testing when I get home this evening to see if that did the trick or not. As a consumer of surety and ADC, is there any way for us to resend the rules ourselves to our own panels or does that require your intervention?
At this time your only option would be to remove the rules and then set them up again, unfortunately. But if you ever need rules resent, you can email us at customerservice@suretyDIY.com.
