I have tried several times to add my Liftmaster MyQ hub to my account but cannot get it to add. Each time I get an error message telling me to reset and re-enroll the hub but the hub is working fine through my MyQ account.
Is there currently a problem with Alarm.com’s ability to add liftmaster devices?

That would be why. You cannot register a hub through Alarm.com if it is already registered to a MyQ account.
You’ll need to delete the hub from the MyQ account and try again. I would just do that first without a reset as a test. You may still need to factory reset though per the error message.
