Entry doot sensor showing as open on app but not on panel. Reset phone, logged out and back in. Still shows as open.

How long has this been occurring and is this the only sensor acting this way?
How far away from the magnet is the sensor, has it moved in any way recently?
Have you tried opening the door and closing it again, any change?
If not, try deleting the app and reinstalling, does this fix the issue?
