I’m having issue with motions I took picture can someone tell me why it’s showing this ? Does it mean motions are tripped
That’s not trouble, it just means those motions have been activated. Depending on how long your shutdown period is set they can show activated for quite some time after being tripped. Unless they’re showing activated all day when nobody is home i doubt you have an issue. Just means someone has walked passed them.
Is there a way to turn that off ? Cause kids always in living room
Why do you want it off? Yes, change thehigh traffic shitdown setting on those motions to off during disarm.
Alarm.com will show them in an activated status for an extended period after activity. This is normal. See the support thread below for info on how this works:
