Issue with Alarm.com and Video Device

Firmware version Failed to connect to the Video Device.
Unplugging camera then plug back in corrects problem maybe for a day. After that no camera…???

Looks like this camera has had a lot of supervision errors in the last 30 days. I cannot see supervision history older than that.

How long has this issue been occurring? Was there any LAN changes on your network shortly before? New devices, new router, additional access points, etc.? Have you made changes or updates to your network security?

It looks like when it is connecting it reports a perfect signal strength. Do you possibly have multiple access points for the same SSID and Password?
