Is the low battery alert on an IQ4 panel real? Is it actually measuring voltage or is it alerting based on time?
I do not see a low battery trouble for your panel any time recently.
I do see a low battery report for one of your panic sensors. That has since resolved.
The panel isn’t deciding when a low battery occurs on a sensor, the sensor sends that signal to the panel based on charge level.
If you change batteries in the sensor, many sensors require the batteries to be removed and the device powered off for about 60 seconds to fully drain charge so that it can report the resolved condition when powered back up.
