I guess that ok if I am walked through re enabling them on the account

We would do that. I have disabled and re-enabled locks. I’ve also resaved the general account settings info in case there is a data discrepancy.

Are you noticing any difference? Do you still have the same login issue?

I’m having the same issue. I also received an email stating that my phone number was changed on alarm.com but I can’t log in to see what it was changed to

Alright, yeah that notification was generated in response to resaving all the account details. The phone number wasn’t actually changed, I can confirm that it matches your contact in the monitoring station contact list.

I’m waiting on a follow up from Alarm.com on what they find. An engineer is working on your account at this time trying to identify the root cause.

Yes, I am now able to re-access my account. What was the root cause? I would like to avoid this at all costs.

This was not confirmed, but I don’t ever recall another issue of access being blocked by data issues so I wouldn’t be concerned about it happening again right now.

It was likely related to the Schlage Encode integration.
