Iq4 panel unresponsive and flashing red

In the middle of the night, my panel became unresponsive (black screen, no lights). I pulled it off the wall mount just now. Used a multi meter to measure the two wires going into the bracket and there’s 7.5v DC, so doesn’t look like power problem. After putting the panel back to the wall bracket, it is now flashing red.

Any idea what to do? Do I have a dead unit?

Now it’s back to normal. Any idea how I can prevent this from happening in the future?
