This is a recently installed system (IQ4). Finally got wifi to it today. It passes the cellular test and wifi test, but fails on the dual-path test.
It says:
Wi-Fi communication test started. Please wait…
Connection Error. Retrying. Please wait…
Wi-Fi communication test timed out. Please try again later.
I saw this was a problem with IQ2, requiring a reset and re-setup. Any ideas before I go that route?

I haven’t seen this on an IQ Panel 4 yet I don’t believe, but it does look like your system is responding the same way. I can ping via cell and request a response by broadband, but inbound broadband fails.
This may also be an issue with the router, so it would be good to test rebooting the router and turning off any custom firewall settings.
My main house system - also an IQ4 – passes thru the same router/firewall. Only difference is that the shop passes thru a wds bridge. I will eliminate that and connect direct to thw wifi and see what happens.
