IQ2 panels “hang” after arming main IQ touchscreen

Hello,

After arming my main IQ panel, both IQ2 panels don’t show the system as armed. They both have good WiFi reception and after a reboot, they then work. I didn’t want to have to reboot them all of the time.

I have also pinged them on the main panel and both show as being found on the network.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Make sure the IQ panel and the IQ2 keypads are both connected to a 2.4ghz network. If you have a Mesh router, or if you have the same SSID for 2.4 and 5ghz your panels may be switching bands.
