IQ panel 2 - 2 way voice

Just wondering if the 2 way voice is automatically active? I swear I saw and option to turn it on somewhere, but I can’t find it now. I could have been dreaming. It is only a couple months old and is through verizon. I want to make sure would be contacting the panel first before calling down the call list. Thanks!

It’s in system manger

No system Manager section on the panel. I am the installer and have the codes to get anywhere and cant find it. I thought it was in the installer settings…

Yep, it is in the Surety System Manager in your Surety account dashboard.

2 Way Voice is an optional setting which can be enabled.
