I have two IQ Hardwire PowerG translators. All zones including tamper is working perfectly fine but I see a trouble sign on the panel 4. Any ideas on how to remove or replace the trouble?
Do you have a 1 kohm resistor across the Bell+ and Bell- terminals on the translator? That is required and if it is missing it can be a common cause of confusing trouble condition.
