Is it possible to view IP cameras from the IQ Panel? If you can, is there any built in web server that will allow you to view those cameras remotely (using port forwarding on a router)?
No. The IQ Panel originally allowed you to view Alarm.com cameras on the panel but they had to remove that feature due to resource limitations (processing power and memory) on the panel. Currently it only lets you view the built-in camera on the panel. I’m not aware of any embedded web server that would allow you to view that camera directly on the network, you have to go through Alarm.com to view it.

Qolsys does not release those specs unfortunately, and will not upon request. Still an air of secrecy in the industry I suppose.
