When I set-up the system, I was able to use my installation code (listed behind the instructions manual) successfully.
Currently, it seems that the master control panel will not let me use this installation code to gain access. I’m a little confused - was there a way of resetting my installation code that I may have inadvertently changed. I didn’t think I did.
