I just installed my conversion kit to switch from my old provider. Can i import all my rules / settings / automation from my other alarm.com account?
No, unfortunately you can’t export/import. The only way to keep your rules / settings / automations is to convince your old provider to transfer your Alarm.com account to us. If you’re interested in doing that we can help support you but it’s ultimately up to them.
Another option that might help is to take screenshots of your existing stuff and use it as a guide to recreate them on your new account.
Your sensors and z-wave devices will carry over because they’re stored in you panel, not in your Alarm.com account.
