I would like to use skybell without iq2 panel

I am in the process of changing my system around. When I connected my skybell slim doorbell to Alarm.com I did so directly, without using my iq2 panel. Can I subscribe to the Surety View subscription plan to use my doorbell ( with alarm.com) without the use of my iq2 panel? I would like to remove the panel.

If I can use Surety View to access my doorbell from Alarm.com, can I remove Surety from my iq2 panel in order to sell it?

Yes, in fact it looks like you have already done this:

You can edit your service plan in the Surety System Manager. If you switch from a plan supporting the IQ Panel 2+ to View alone, your panel will no longer be registered to Alarm.com.

You can use View by itself and use doorbell camera.
