I have 6 cameras in my house but your devices only allowed me to add 4 . I need the other 2 cameras installed as it was when I was with ADT
Hello, it looks like you are using the Complete plan. Alarm.com video plans break down support for video devices in groups of 4 cameras. The Complete plan includes support for up to 4 cameras, but you can add support for more in the system manager at any time.
Visit the system manager here and you can use the tool there on the main tab to adjust your plan features and number of cameras supported.
