I installed my own system at job site and maintained subscription with alarm.com during construction. Now an owner would like to keep it. How do I transfer my account into his name?
Alarm.com accounts are not transferable for security reasons, but as a month to month service, suretyDIY Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You can find a cancel request button by clicking View next to the active subscription on your account page. The owner may then create an account on suretyDIY.com and purchase the service plan they wish to use.
If the module currently in use is 3G, it will be available for use with a new account as soon as the previous one is cancelled.
